Payment

To start processing your order, a 100% prepayment is required. Payment is made to the company's bank account. This ensures that your order will be processed and completed on time, and our specialists will immediately begin its production.

Delivery

Delivery across Ukraine is carried out by the "Nova Poshta" delivery service according to the carrier's rates. You can choose delivery to a branch or directly to your address — to the building entrance. Please note that lifting the order to your floor is not included in the delivery price and must be arranged separately with "Nova Poshta".

For residents of Dnipro, delivery by a CrystalForm company driver is available. This provides faster and more convenient receipt of your order. The cost of this delivery is discussed individually during order placement.

The standard production time for your order is 3 weeks from the moment we receive the prepayment. We guarantee on-time manufacturing and a prompt production process.
